WHAT IS THE REINDEER RUN 10K VIRTUAL RACE?

Unlike a traditional organised event, there’s no single race location or starting time.

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE
Complete your challenge and you’ll earn the colourful Reindeer Run 10K finisher medal.
At the centre of the design is a cheerful, cartoon-style Christmas reindeer, complete with large expressive eyes, a bright red Rudolph-style nose, small antlers and a huge festive smile.
The reindeer wears a traditional red Santa hat with white trim and a red-and-white striped scarf, while one hoof is raised in celebration.
Behind the reindeer sits a magical Christmas night scene filled with snow-covered evergreen trees, golden stars, snowflakes and a deep midnight-blue winter sky.
Festive holly leaves and glossy red berries decorate the lower edges of the design.
Large embossed-style lettering across the bottom reads:
REINDEER RUN 10K
with REINDEER finished in festive red and RUN 10K in Christmas green, both framed with metallic gold detailing.
HOW DOES THE REINDEER RUN 10K WORK?
Taking part is simple.
1. SIGN UP
Enter the Reindeer Run 10K Virtual Race through The Running Bug.
Choose the available medal delivery option when registering.
2. PLAN YOUR CHRISTMAS 10K
Choose a safe route and decide when you want to complete your challenge.
3. COMPLETE 10K
Run, walk or jog 10 kilometres / 6.2 miles during the challenge period.
4. RECORD YOUR ACTIVITY
Track your distance using your preferred fitness app, running watch or treadmill.
The Running Bug currently accepts evidence from apps including Strava, Garmin and Fitbit, as well as photographs of watch and treadmill displays.
5. SUBMIT YOUR RESULT
