Saint David is the patron saint of Wales who died on 1st March 589 AD. St David’s Day is celebrated all over Wales with parties, concerts, parades and fests. Flags are flown and people wear Wales’s national emblems, a daffodil and a leek.
WHAT’S INVOLVED?
Run, walk or jog any distance, anywhere on 1st March 2026 to celebrate St David’s Day.
Distances accepted: 5k, 10k, 10 miles, half marathon or full marathon. We also accept treadmill activities.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
All participants will receive a beautiful white finishers medal for their achievement. This medal is made from aluminium and comes with a plain colour ribbon.
